A simple, quick recipe for super fluffy American pancakes, perfect for a leisurely Sunday breakfast.
Mix the flour with the sugar, baking powder and salt. Add the eggs and milk and stir everything into a smooth batter. Heat a little oil in a pan over medium heat. Drop two tablespoons of batter into the pan. The pancakes should be about 10 cm in diameter.
Cook each pancake for about 2 minutes until small bubbles form, then flip and cook the other side for the same time. Garnish the pancakes with berries and maple syrup and serve.
